During this week’s class we talked more in depth about marketing, which according to Philip Kotler who is considered and known as the father of marketing, marketing can be defined as the management of lasting relationships with the clients. The companies establish strong relationships with its clients, creating and obtaining their value. We talked about the model of marketing process. The first stage is understanding the market needs and wishes, like what would be good for the people, what would they want to buy, what do they need. What comes next is to develop the marketing strategy, how would to promote and sell your product. Then, elaborate a value proposition, and after that, create profitable and lasting relationships, having good relationships with you clients is really important.
